    Drzava je dala Kikindi rok od 3 meseca (od marta) da spremi sve potrebno (kontejnere,prosiri puteve i izgradi tranzit put) Ako Kikinda uradi sve to u roku prelaz ce se otvoriti.... Rumuni su vec spremni za to. Inace ne primecuje se neki pomak za ovih mesec dana ... sve stoji
