    Izdajem simpatičan i extra moderan jednoiposoban stan u Novom Sadu,35 kvadrata,u potkrovlju,Cara Dušana ulica,u novijoj,prelepoj zgradi,nameštaj nov i moderan.Kompletna bela tehnika (tv, veš mašina, frižider sa zamrzivačem, šporet,aspirator,usisivač...) .Klimatizovan.Parket i keramika I klase,centralno grejanje (kotao je u zgradi i plaća se po kvadraturi! Vrlo povoljno!). Okrečen i čist.Stan okrenut ka dvorištu-nema buke.Velux krovni prozori sa roletnama-fantastični.Vredi pogledati!Samo za ozbiljne!
