Posted July 18, 2010 Most buses to Dubrovnik leave from Herceg Novi, so you might need to change there. No need to fill out any forms, an officer will enter the bus to inspect passports and that's all. Reply

Posted July 18, 2010 You can buy sim-card and use it: for local sms 0.03euro for international sms 0.10-0.15euro for local calls 0.10euro for int. calls - not sure ! Serbian card are not "local" in Montenegro but maybe you can use Telenor sim-card there for better prices (they have also network there)...it s number starting with 063 or 069 ! Posted July 19, 2010 You can also buy Telekom Srbija card in Belgrade, and use it in Montenegro, because Telekom is present in Montenegro too, under the name mtel. Its the same company, but with another name. Reply
Posted October 19, 2010 If you buy Serbian SIM and want to use mobile internet in Montenegro or Croatia, just be aware that the prices are incredibly high. I suggest you not to surf or check your emails with the card in roaming. Reply
