Posted March 25, 2011 Hi, I plan on visiting Serbia this June. I am from the U.S., but my girlfriend is a Guatemalan citizen with only a Guatemala passport. I have called the embassy in Mexico a few times and they tell me something different every time. Can someone tell me if a Certified Letter of Invitation is necessary or if just a hotel reservation is fine? Thank you. Posted March 26, 2011 Uf that is hard to tell you, it depend mostly of our staff in embassy they can give you visa even without invitation letter or reservation of hotel. If you coming just like tourist it should be enough just reservation. Any way you can ask hotel to give you some more specific letter where they will write how they issuing this reservation for purpose of getting visa for Serbia.
