As exective director of Randocampclub “hiking club in Tunisia” I am planning a trip in Serbia for one week, the embassy tell me that all my group “20 persons” must have an official invitation from a Serbian Association “hiker” (simple procedure)

In fact, we will pay all the hosting and transport costs from Tunisia before reaching Serbia. We are already in contact with the hostel and we will pay the full amount before arrival. Besides, the transport to the different cities of Serbia where we are planning to go will be at our expense, and we will pay it by ourselves.

I will write an official application letter with the above details to the association …

  If I got it right, you need some organization in Serbia to send you an invitation letter for Serbian visa? Have they told you in the embassy what the letter should look like and what it should contain?
