Posted October 28, 2009 I do not know whether it would be possible to do that. Tara canyon is longest canyon in Europe, and second longest in the world, and it is up to 1300 m deep, so I think it would not be easy, if not impossible to do that, but, in any case, you should inform yourself about this in office of the Montenegrin touristic organization in Zabljak. Posted November 1, 2009 I don't want to ski into canyon, just to go for a rafting and if it's possible go on skies. Do you have an email to Zoran Vojinovic or to Gorska Služba Spasavanja? pozdrav Michal Reply
Posted November 3, 2009 Other thing is that I'm searching for a tourist agencies (or just people with pontoons ) which organize rafting on Tara. I see that Polish google make problems to find Serbian od Montenegrian websites or contacts (and website http://www.durmitorcg.com don't have too many information) Can you help me to find any contact? pozdrav Michal Reply
Posted November 4, 2009 Unfortunately, Gorska sluzba spasavanja does not have their own site, and they should be soon independent from Mountaineering association of Montenegro (www.pscg.me).Anyway, you shall get more information and phone numbers in MTO office in Zabljak. There are lots of agencies both in Montenegro and Serbia, as well as individuals and rafting clubs from different Montenegrin cities that organize Tara rafting. The cheapest variant is, of course, individuals and rafting clubs. If you are already in Zabljak the price in the agency should be cheaper since transportation is included in the total price. Note that dialing codes for Montenegrin cities are changed, and now are as follows: 020 Podgorica, Kolasin,Danilovgrad ,032 Kotor, Tivat, 040 Niksic, Savnik, Pluzine, 050 Bijelo Polje, Mojkovac, 030 Bar, Ulcinj,041 Cetinje, 033 Budva, 051 Berane, Andrijevica, Rozaje, Plav , 031 Herceg Novi. Also, INTERNET domains cg.yu are changed to .me, .co.me, or .t-com.me , so sometimes you need to correct the address For mobile phones dialing codes are 067,068 and 069. And now the links: www.tourism-montenegro.com/directory/Active-and-Extreme/Rafting/page-1.php www.raftingplus.info/EngMain.htm www.krstarenje-ingreen.com/?page=rafting_rijekom_tarom www.fortunatravel.me www.zvono.me labosta.wordpress.com www.planumtours.com/navigacija.php?IDStranicaPodaci=254〈=en www.yuta.rs/sr/Travel/offer.asp?id=5382&clause=3 There are, of course many other agencies, and the best way would be to inform yourself in the MTO Zabljak about the best offer. Also, you should try something like in this video www.youtube.com/watch?v=jl_huj4D_og&feature=related , although most of these activities are performed during summer. Greetings. Posted November 4, 2009 Michal, hajde nam preporuci takva mesta u Poljskoj.

Posted December 5, 2009 Zdravo, so we decided to come to Crna Gora in march for two weeks. 9 people Can you recemmend any other alpine style mountains in the region or around Crna Gora? I've heard little bit about Prokletije pozdrav Zawi Reply
Posted December 14, 2009 Michal, Prokletije are mountain wreath in Montenegro and Albania, are good choice with beautiful scenery, but you will find there only mountains, wolfs and snow, and no accommodation.Just a joke. For Prokletije, you could try to find accommodation in Plav or Gusinje. Also, Bjelasica near Kolašin is second most visited ski center in Montenegro, and also mountain Cmiljevica near Berane( Lokve ski center) and mountain Turjak near Rožaje (Turjak ski center) are interesting for skiing.Rožaje is a town surrounded by magnificent mountains Hajla, Mokra gora, Krstac, Zljeb and Turjak.I hope this will help.Greetings.
Pozdrav i sve najbolje vam želim. Reply
