Please can someone help me,

I live in hungary I have a valid residence permit on my syrian passport, can I travel through serbia to syria without viza,

I know that romania and bulgaria don't need visa, but what about Serbia,

please if someone knows let me know

Unfortunately you can not transit Serbia without a visa.

However if you want to visit Serbia you can always ask for a (transit) visa in the serbian consulate in Budapest.
