Train reservations - Budapest to Belgrade

Hi There!  Is it possible for me to make a phone or Internet reservation for train tickets on the sleeper car from Budapest to Belgrade?  If so, how??? Or, could my Serbian friend purchase the tickets for me in Belgrade and mail them to me?  How far in advance can tickets be purchased?

Well, you can only book tickets from Belgrade to Budapest in Belgrade, to book tickets from Budapest you will have to contact their railways.

If you ever need to book tickets from Belgrade, you can do it online using http://www.yurail.co.yu:8888/WebPredrezervisanje/default.aspx but it is in serbian only, and reservations have to be picked up in 24 hours. Also, check this link for further informations.
