Posted September 9, 2008 Czesc! I am a Polish friend of Milos, he let me use his account to post this message:) I am currently staying in Belgrade but would like to go to Novi Sad on Thursday to see the city, the nature, to attend the festival and to meet some of us:) So if anyone is interested in meeting me, showing me the town or just drinking some beers with me (and maybe can also offer me a 'couch' for this night), I would really appreciate such an act of hospitality;) Or maybe (if there are many people from this forum attending this festival on Thursday) we could organize something like a local ST meeting? Hopefully see You some of You there on Thursday! Marcin PS. I will go there and back by hitch-hiking...so the question is: Do You think is it possible to hitch-hike from Novi Sad to Belgrade at night? Has anyone of You tried this before? Posted September 9, 2008 I did. It's working. Maybe it's better to use the old way (trough Petrovaradin) Milos will explain it to you. Or you can use https://www.klubputnika.org/en/index.php/hitchhiking Reply

I have just asked if people from other towns are coming, so we'll see if someone replies. Reply

Posted September 11, 2008 It's working. Maybe it's better to use the old way (trough Petrovaradin) I think it's generally better to use global roads during the night. Local roads may be pretty empty. But the question is - how to reach new road from Novi Sad after midnight. And how the entrance is lighted. Reply
Posted September 11, 2008 A HH stop near the bridge is lighted quite good but the best thing is to have a sign that you're going to Belgrade (write BG) since people are going that way to Zrenjanin too. Reply
