does anybody knows anything about visas for georgia

and if can help me about flights from belgrade or sarajevo

to batumi in georgia.u can also write in serbian language.

thx.

What passport do you have? Maybe you don't need visa for Georgia, check http://www.mfa.gov.ge/?sec_id=66&lang_id=ENG

There are no direct flights to Batumi from Belgrade, I don't think there are from Sarajevo either. If you want to go there only by plane, I guess your only option is to catch flight to Tbilisi from Vienna (nearest city to Belgrade and Sarajevo that has flights to Georgia), and from Tbilisi to Batumi

Istanbul is widely renowned as a big air hub; there's a good chance you'll find a flight from there to somewhere in Georgia.

I remember travelers telling me about a ferry from somewhere to Batumi, hmm was it from Istanbul, or Bulgaria, I am not sure anymore, but I clearly remember there is a ferry and it isn't cheap by any standards.

I also remember people telling me that, for holders of the EU passports, either no entry visa is needed for Georgia, or it can be bought at the border. I guess the web site suggested by chivitli should tell you all you need to know.

I got my Georgian visa in Istanbul, and the procedure was pretty straightforward; two photos, 12 dollars, 2 hours, and off you go.
